Our thanks to Palm Printing for being the absolute best printing service anywhere! I needed immediate printing of personalized Christmas cards on December 16th in order to get them in the mail in time. Days earlier, I sought out one of the large office supply chains who promised to get this done. Day after day, I was put off. After the third day, I realized that time was running out, and they still could not give me a definite print date. I was devastated. At about 7:00 a.m. on the 16th, I went online, hoping to find anyone who could get this done for our parents, ages 95 and 91. I sent photos of our decorated house to the Palm Printing website. Low and behold, within minutes, before 7:30 a.m., I received an e-mail from the owner, Kim, asking how she could assist. To make a long story short, I picked up perfect, beautiful Christmas cards at 4:30 p.m. that very day. I wish everyone could have seen the smiles on our parents faces, and heard the cracking of their voices when they viewed the cards. Since traveling is out of the question for them, this is the closest they will ever get to loved ones in Pennsylvania. So these cards meant more than anyone can imagine. What a blessing! The cards were mailed out in time to arrive before Christmas, but only because of the caring, patient, and professional spirit of Kim, Holly, and others at Palm Printing. With such a trying year, bringing joy and happiness to seniors who have been isolated for ten months is what this is all about. Palm Printing will be our printing service forever!!
